In 1998 both Joseph Lackie and Chris Ivancic had a vision – they wanted to create the first fully integrated IT Company that provided cutting edge solutions at all levels to their clients, both small business and Enterprise level clientele . Now over a decade later Titan Integrated Technology has forged an industry leading team of engineers and technicians, and is the only Canadian based IT Company that exclusively looks after the major film studios of North America.The key to Titan’s success has been a combination of innovate product offerings backed by the highest levels of customer support & service – an open letter from the Mayor of Burnaby praised Titan’s contributions to ensuring that B.C. has remained the movie industry’s 1st location of conducting their business.
Titan remains a leader in IT innovation by adhering to strong internal practices. The engineers & technicians boast many qualifications including Microsoft Certified Professionals, Cisco Certified Networks Associate (CCNA), and the company itself is proud to be a Certified Cisco Partner. Every engineer, technician, and salespersons are required to undergo examinations and re-testing to ensure that Titan delivers the highest levels of service that is expected from their clients.

Who we are
Joseph Lackie – Owner
An experienced professional, Joseph has worked in many roles and organizations before teaming up with Chris to form Titan Integrated Technology.
As well as being one of the creative driving forces behind Titan, Joseph is also an experienced scuba diver instructor, professional Rugby referee, and an ex-motocross Champion
Chris Ivancic – Owner & Systems Engineer
Chris has over 20 years of IT experience, and is an applications master. He boasts a number of qualifications including Microsoft Certified Professional, and is a fluent coder.
One of Chris’s nicknames at work is ‘The Think Tank’, as his ability to reason through IT technical issues has been widely recognized by his peers.
Sean Comeau – Network Engineer
With over a decade of professional experience, Sean has a diverse IT background. Fluent in many programming languages, and possessed with a keen analytical mind, Sean has been quoted in many publications including CSO, eWeek, ZDNet, The Vancouver Sun, and Arstechnia.
Sean is also a network security expert, having been called in on many occasions by official parties to conduct internal investigations.
Jind Singh – Senior Accounts Manager
Heralding from the U.K. with a B.Sc. in Geology, and an MSc in Hydrogeology, he has enjoyed a varied and prolific career, working as a pollution incident supervisor, a financial advisor, a contracts manager, and co-founded a real-estate investment firm.
He brings to Titan his passion for exceptional customer service, and looks after the many needs of Titan’s clientele. Whatever the client needs, Jind is on hand to ensure they get it – from helping them to change their entire network to getting help with a virus, he will make sure that the right team member is assigned to the task.

With over 30 combined years of experience, our dynamic team of technicians has the knowledge and experience to solve nearly any technical problem. With a focus on superior customer service and affirmative action, they won't rest until they know that you are satisfied. Our technicians also undergo rigorous training programs, and hold qualifications such as their CCNAs (Certified Cisco Networks Associate).
